Tip : there are area with a lot flies called nats, I think they’re harmless but very annoying, so buy one of those nets you can over your head.”

Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of interesting things along the way, although he did slip in a couple racist comments when we asked him some questions one-on-one. I'm not sure if it's a culture/language barrier, but it was uncomfortable. The tour itself would've been better if the weather had been better. We couldn't see the Snaefellsjokull glacier because it was pretty cloudy and rainy, and I would've preferred longer stops, but we still learned a lot and got to see quite a bit of the peninsula. Be wary of seal poo at the golden beach.”
